Christmas 2012

We were able to go to Utah for Christmas this year. It is nice to be able to make the drive and be there in one day. We're really going to miss that when we move and our wallets will miss it too when we start shelling out money to fly all five of us to Utah or Arizona for the holidays! We stopped at the Lexington hotel in St. George on the way. We're going to miss that place too. It's become kind of a fun tradition for us.

The boys painted nativities with Sandy. They turned out very cute and very unique.

The boys made a special lego nativity for Grandma because she loves to collect nativities. It was super cute!

We went to the Riverwoods to see the lights and they had a whole bunch of really cool gingerbread houses. These were Jimmy and Ben's favorites.

I don't know what Amber's doing here but I think she should win a prize for world's best aunt!

Ben got to be Joseph for this year's nativity. He was pretty excited about that.

Just in case you're wondering this is the lego Star Wars sarlacc pit. It's basically a multi-tentacled alien beast that devours it's prey and digests it over thousands of years. Aren't you glad that you know that now? You can't really go through life without knowing about the sarlacc pit!
